Lynette Holden

The Public Service Commission welcomes Ms. Lynette Holden as the new Staff Assistant in the Office of Consumer Services
 
Ms.  Lynette Holden joined the Commission on November 13, 2017, as the new Staff Assistant in the Office of Consumer Services.  Prior to joining the Commission, Ms. Holden worked as a contractor with the District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer in the Office of the Chief Information Officer where she created a new security process making the agency compliant with all IRS rules and regulations.  Ms. Holden held several customer service and quality assurance roles that prepared her for this position at the Commission.
 
In her free time, she can be found studying hard to obtain a Bachelor’s degree from UMUC,  spending time with her two children, and is writing a book of poetry.
