The purpose of the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals for a Contractor to assist the Commission in inspections, monitoring, and compliance evaluation of Washington Gas Light Company (“WGL”) activities pertaining to the Mercury Service Regulator Replacement Program (“MSRRP”) in Formal Case 1157. This Request for Proposal is issued in the open market with a 35% subcontracting requirement, as applicable according to Section C. |

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals for a Contractor to provide consulting services related to Formal Case No. 1167, which addresses issues related to Pepco and AltaGas/Washington Gas Light’s (AltaGas/WGL) proposals for addressing climate change in the District of Columbia. More specifically, the Contractor will review AltaGas/WGL’s and Pepco’s climate plans and advise the Commission on whether and how the utility plans achieve the Clean Energy DC Omnibus Act goals and mandates. This Request for Proposal is issued in the open market with a 35% subcontracting requirement as applicable in Section C. |
